Refund & Return Policy

At Shophoriaz.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Some items (like innerwear, personal care products, or items marked as “non-returnable”) are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@shophoriaz.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return shipping details.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit or via bank transfer, as per your choice.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage.
  • Any item returned after the 7-day window.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please email us at support@shophoriaz.store with your order details.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
