1. Eligibility for Return
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Some items (like innerwear, personal care products, or items marked as “non-returnable”) are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at support@shophoriaz.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share return shipping details.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit or via bank transfer, as per your choice.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Products that show signs of use or damage.
- Any item returned after the 7-day window.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the situation.
